Delivery
no one answers the phone - usually get paper by 5:30 it is now 6:03 no paper does anybody care.

Home delivery a disaster
so tired of not receiving the paper by 7 a.m. its now 9:45 am and no paper...try to call the TImes and put on hold, no one answers the phone....surely not a way to run a business ...

irate customer
In the past two weeks I have had three newspapers which came early enough for me to read. The rest either didn't come at all, arrived too late to be of any value, and one, so wet, it went straight in the recycle bin. My call today resulted in a grudging promise of crediting me with five papers, but only after I asked for it. Today, no paper, in spite of my phone call. There doesn't seem to be any light at the end of the tunnel either. I realize you have difficulty getting carriers, but own it! Offer your customers some compensation without their having to ask. My new tenants from New Brunswick, also ordered the paper. They asked me today what they were paying for...I didn't have an answer, do you?
